Southern Oak Contracting Partners JV, LLC is a federal construction contractor working along the Gulf Coast and across the Southeast. Southern Oak combines the responsiveness of a small business with the field depth, equipment, and bonding capacity to take on substantial federal projects.
Southern Oak self-performs and manages vertical and infrastructure construction on active federal installations: new facility construction, renovation and repair of occupied buildings, design-build delivery, site and civil work, and water and utility infrastructure.
Much of this work happens in secure or mission-critical environments, where keeping the client operating through construction is as much of the job as the construction itself.
